ThinkingLife has designed a programme of modules that are used as part of coaching or group training which are designed to look at what is required to have a life worth loving, in other words, a life that we love and is worth something to us; and also that we may enjoy life in its fullness.

The first part of the journey is to understand yourself and how you operate, and to identify ways to reduce stress and to prepare for the journey. In order to prepare well, we need to consider what are our real priorities and how we free up time to concentrate on what is really important to us.

All of us need to travel with others and the next stage is to think about our ability to create meaningful relationships that are integrated with the goals and hopes we have for our life.

Having considered our capability, we need to think about our leadership of ourselves and those who look to us for guidance. Are we able to lead from the centre and shape circumstances, rather than being always formed by externals events? Can we show integrity in times of stress and be an inspiration to those around us? How do we show sufficient presence to get the impact we need?

What does a life worth loving look like to us? Are we able to actually take delight in the simple pleasures of life and enjoy the chance to express our creativity and finally make a positive contribution?
